The Student Wellbeing Service hosts various events throughout the academic year to support all students with their mental health and wellbeing. These events are designed to help students deal with the stresses of studying at university while maintaining healthy relationships. Some of the topics covered in the past have included sleep, speed networking, how to take care of yourself whilst looking after your friends, and how to rest, relax and recharge before taking exams.
These events are in person and online and include workshops, webinars, and indoor and outdoor social networking events. Student Wellbeing Advisers are on hand at each event to answer questions and lead discussions on various wellbeing topics. Tips and resources are also provided to help support students with their mental health during their time at university.

Want to take a break from your studies? Come join us at Murchison House during one of our three Rest, Recharge, Reset events on 9th, 11th, 16th and 18th December. These are drop-in events open to all students. This is an opportunity for you to just rest, breathe and enjoy some coffee/tea/ and biscuits. Have some questions about mental health?
