The Student Wellbeing Service is open 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
This inbox is monitored between Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. We aim to answer all queries within 48 hours.
If you require wellbeing support outside of these hours, please use the contact details found on the webpage below:
Resources and contact details if you require help in a crisis
If you have a question related to your studies, please liaise with your Student Adviser /Supervisor/Student Support Office.
For other queries (such as accommodation) please search support via EdHelp or use this enquiry form for New Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students.
Referrals to our service can be made directly through our referral form. To refer yourself or a University of Edinburgh student, please click on the button below to complete and submit a referral form.
British Sign Language (BSL) users can contact the University of Edinburgh via Contact Scotland BSL, the online British Sign Language video relay interpreting service.
