This 90-minute in-person Reducing Digital Distraction Workshop helps you reflect on your relationship with digital devices, explore research-backed strategies for managing digital distraction, and apply relevant strategies on your own devices. This workshop is open to all students (undergraduate, postgraduate taught and research). This in-person event is scheduled for 10-11:30am Thursday 30th October on central campus.
