Join the Student Wellbeing Service for a 4 week course to learn 12 Life Skills that can help you better understand your emotions and develop healthier ways to cope.
When? Weekly on Wednesday afternoons 1.30 pm-3 pm: 28 January, 4 , 11 , 18 February
Where? Murchison House, Room G29, Kings Campus
The course is free to attend. Students are encouraged to attend all 4 workshops in the series. However, students who are not able to attend the first workshop can still come along to the remaining 3 workshops in February.
