The Student Wellbeing Service hosted a 4-week Decider Skills course for students to learn 12 Life Skills to help them better understand their emotions and develop healthier ways to cope. The course used Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to teach students to recognise their own thoughts, feelings and behaviours, enabling them to monitor and manage their own emotions and mental health. The workshop took place an on 4 consecutive Wednesdays in late January and early February.
