Rest, Recharge, Reset

Students were encouraged to take a break from their studies before the end of the semester to 'Rest, Recharge, Reset'. There were 4 sessions of this event held at Murchison House in Kings Buildings over two weeks. Two wellbeing advisers were on hand to answer any wellbeing questions the students had and coffee/tea and biscuits were provided. Students were able to drop in any time during the session and leave whenever they wanted. The goal was for them to feel relaxed and refreshed.
