Our June nature walk around the Kings Building campus and Blackford Pond was a wonderful success! In very warm weather, students joined two of our wellbeing advisers for an engaging exploration of nature and a chance to chat with their friends while taking a break from their studies. The highlight of the event was when students broke into small groups to identify birds and insects using information cards provided.
The walk extended longer than planned, as everyone enjoyed the opportunity to connect with nature and each other. It was a delight to witness the students relaxing and embracing the beauty of nature around them. A heartfelt thank you to all who participated!
