Join us for a walk around the Blackford Hill nature reserve, where you can enjoy connecting with the natural environment. This walk will also give you the opportunity to start learning how to identify local birds, bees, butterflies and wildflowers.
• Meet outside Murchison House, Kings Buildings.
• Walk will start at 1:30 pm prompt and will last between 1.5 and 2 hours.
• The walk will involve a moderate climb and at times the terrain will be uneven and potentially muddy. We will also need to use some stairs at one point.
• Please wear appropriate footwear and bring some water.
• Bring binoculars if you have them.
• Note: The walk will not go ahead if it is raining.
