Join the Student Wellbeing Service for a 4 week course to learn 12 Life Skills that can help you better understand your emotions and develop healthier ways to cope.
When? Weekly on Thursday mornings 10.00 -11:30: 23, 30 April, 7, 14 May
Where? Old College, Teaching Room 3, Central Campus
The course is free to attend. Students are encouraged to attend all 4 workshops in the series. However, students who are not able to attend the first workshop can still come along to the remaining 3 workshops.
