April Birdsong Walk

We enjoyed our second Birdsong Walk of the year in late April, where we learned how connecting to our natural environment, and in particular birdsong, can reduce stress and enhance our wellbeing. We will also be organising a couple of Nature Walks over the summer, so look out for further announcements.
